Trying To Maintain Wrestling Weight Is A Challenge

Trying to maintain a certain weight for high school wrestling is a challenge. Even with a good quality wrestling scale, it can be a never ending battle. Fortunately, I exercise regularly and eat right. My weight stays about the same as long as I’m consistent. Working out can cause you to lose quite a bit of fluids so that can be an issue.
Fortunately, my scale includes a BMI feature which I like to use every now and then to give me a better idea of my overall weight and health. My wrestling coach also uses the same scale for the team too. So, it is good to know that the equipment I use is high quality and gives me an accurate weight. I am confident at each weigh-in that I will be within my weight range and be able to wrestle. I have also seen these same scales at college meets as well.
